The Beginner Course teaches the fundamental understanding of the Iyengar method and focuses on core asanas that form the foundation for all asana practice.
Attending this course is beneficial to students new to Iyengar or those wishing to refresh their practice and follows a cumulative structure over 8 consecutive weeks.
This pass gives access to all 8 classes in the series.
Beginning Saturday 5th February at 10 am
Each class runs for 75 minutes
