Private Classes
These sessions are tailored to your needs. They may be booked as a single session or as a short series.
- One-off private session:
A personalised session to review your current practice, identify key areas for development, and clarify where to focus your effort. Many students choose to return every 1–2 months for ongoing guidance. - Three-session private series (recommended):
Best taken within one to two weeks for continuity.
• Session 1: Clarify goals and observe what is needed to support them
• Session 2: Develop and practise a personalised sequence
• Session 3: Receive focused sequences (standing poses, forward bends, backbends, restorative work) designed to suit your lifestyle and available practice time
Small Group ClassesSmall-group classes are ideal for practising with friends in a supportive, shared environment. Sessions are tailored to the group and offer more individual attention than regular classes. These can be booked as a one-off or as an ongoing weekly class.
