A Therapy-Informed Yoga class designed to support joint mobility, spinal health, stability, and long-term wellbeing through intelligent, supported yoga practice.

This class follows a rotational focus over several weeks, exploring different areas of the body such as the knees, hips, feet, shoulders, neck, and spine. Each cycle offers practical, progressive approaches to improve understanding, function, and care of the body as a whole system.

Students are guided through structured, supported practices that build awareness, mobility, and stability in a safe and sustainable way.

This class is suitable for students with a generally healthy body or those managing minor or stable musculoskeletal issues.

It is ideal for anyone wanting to build confidence in their practice, support their joints preventatively, or develop a more informed and sustainable approach to movement.

If you are experiencing a more acute or complex condition, please speak with the teacher to discuss whether a one-to-one Yoga Therapy session may be more appropriate.
