These classes are open to practitioners with Iyengar Yoga experience and preferably attended eight sessions of the
BEGIN CLASSES.
Each class breaks down asanas and brings awareness to what the body, breath and mind are doing within each posture.
This provides an understanding of the subtle internal movement of muscle, bone, ligament, and fascia, which assists students in cultivating and getting the best results from the practice.
