Pranayama is the practice of breath regulation. In Sanskrit, “prana” means life energy, and “yama” means control. The practice of pranayama involves breathing exercises and patterns.

Suitable for students with at least 3-months of consistent Iyengar practice, these 45-minute classes teach both supine and seated pranayama and will introduce different prop usage/
