Senior classes are intended for students aged 55 and above and are specially designed to provide a safe space for senior students looking for an effective way to enhance physical health and overall wellness. Moving the body consciously brings mobility and stability. In these classes, we are building balance, courage and strength. These classes are suitable for students new to Yoga.
