This course is designed for students who have completed the Saturday Beginner 1 Course or would like to refresh their practice.
Building upon the foundations of Iyenger Yoga learned in the first course, Beginner 2 delves further into the variations of each asana. Offering safe guidance to explore the postures and continue to develop self-awareness of how your body moves within the practice.
