Come and join Sylvia for an 8-week yoga course in term 2.
With a mix of asana, breathing and meditation techniques, guided relaxation, and games, each session will bring focus, playfulness, and confidence into your teen's day.
Offered on Wednesday afternoons to bring a gentle slowing down into their mid-week after the busyness of school; and create a restorative, balanced energy.
