Come and join Sylvia for an 8-week yoga course in term 2.
With a mix of asana, breathing and meditation techniques, guided relaxation, and plenty of games, each session will bring a sense of play, focus, and calm to your child's day while teaching them self-confidence and inner happiness.
Offered on Wednesday afternoons to bring a gentle slowing down into their mid-week after the busyness of school; and create a restorative, balanced energy.
