This pass provides an individual with personalised guidance to deepen their practice and focus on their goals.
For best results, complete these three sessions within one week—or at most two—to maintain continuity.
Ideal for therapeutic practice, post-injury recovery, or to deepen your personal practice
Session 1: Clarify your goals and explore what support you need.
Session 2: Practice a personalised sequence focused on your main priorities.
Session 3: Receive a tailored set of sequences—standing poses, forward bends, backbends, and restorative work—designed for your lifestyle and practice time.
After the series, a
30-minute check-in every two months is recommended to support steady progress. These can be organised by emailing us at
