Begin Yoga Classes – A Supportive Place to Start
Our Begin Yoga Classes are designed to gently introduce you to the fundamentals of Iyengar Yoga in a calm, supportive, and welcoming environment.
Classes are taught step by step, with clear guidance and individual attention, allowing you to learn at a steady and comfortable pace. No prior yoga experience is needed. These classes are ideal if you are new to yoga, new to Iyengar Yoga, or returning after a break and wishing to build confidence in your practice.

Your course pass also includes access to our Beginner General Class on Wednesday evenings (6:15–7:30 pm) during the course period, allowing you to practise regularly and deepen your understanding.
