West End Yoga Centre offers a beginner course each term. If you are new to Iyengar yoga, the beginner course is just right for you. The course starts at the beginning of each term.
The course includes:
8 classes on Saturday morning.
It is good to repeat the course the following term to gain a deeper understanding of the Iyengar method.
