NEXT COURSE STARTS 11/11/2019
The 5-week Beginner 2 course runs straight after the Beginner 1 course.
If you are new to yoga or have not studied the Iyengar method of yoga, we ask that you do both the 5 - week Beginner 1 course and the 5 - week beginner 2 courses.
The 5-week beginner 2 course runs for five weeks each term.
The course includes
Four Beginner classes each week
One Pranayama class each week
One Restorative class each week
One All levels class each week
It is recommended that both Beginner 1 and 2 courses are repeated the following term to get a good understanding of the Iyengar method.
