Our Christmas Intensive starts on Monday13th December and runs for 5 consecutive mornings from 5:45-7:45 am.

This Intensive is a great way to end the term and feel ready for that 'silly season'!

Designed to attend all 5 classes, the Intensive builds upon the previous day's teaching, culminating in a deeply nourishing week of practice.
