Experienced Dynamic Led Practise

Led Practices are for students with at least 6-months of consistent Iyengar experience.  Familiarity and independence with inversions is essential. 

A Led Practice differs from other classes with the teacher leading the practice and students following without instruction.

Students should email or speak to their teacher before attending.
